My Agency fees are very competitive and shown in the little table below.
Since
April of 2016, due to the continuing growth of the business, these fees
are now subject to TVA (French value added Tax) at 20% This
amount of TVA is included in the fees table below.
These agency
fees are always included in the advertised property price FAI(TTC) so
the price you see on our website is the total price including Agency
Fees and VAT but not including the Notaires fees which are
approximately 8.8% and which mostly go to the French Government in the
form of taxes.
It is important to me to make your product as
competitive in the market place as possible, thus giving you the best
advantage and a good probability of realising a sale.
